The FL-RL240 programme supplies guide rolls, spreader rolls, press rolls and drum shells machined to the host machine’s drawings, each dynamically balanced at its actual running speed and documented with a balance certificate.
Covers — rubber, polyurethane or composite — are specified to position: hardness, thickness and groove or drill pattern chosen for the nip, doctor and moisture conditions the roll will actually see. Journals are machined to bearing maker tolerances, and every roll ships with its runout and crown measurement sheet.
Exchange rolls can be built from a sample roll or from the machine book. Worn rolls return for recover and rebalance on exchange terms, keeping a spare in the loop at all times.
