The FL-PM2400 forming section carries the wire from breast roll to couch with a dewatering line-up matched to the grade plan: forming board, hydrofoil units, wet suction boxes and a suction couch roll, each on its own support beams with jacking points for alignment.
Dewatering elements carry ceramic tops with wear allowance machined in, and every foil angle is adjustable in fixed detents so the drainage profile can be tuned grade by grade and returned to a recorded setting. The frame is stress-relieved welded steel, machined after welding, so wire guides and rolls sit on surfaces that stay flat.
The section ships with wire guide and tension controls, catwalks and lubrication headers installed, and interfaces to the headbox and press section on documented flange positions.
