The FL-RW2600 winds the finished web onto reel spools against a driven reel drum, building machine reels with a hardness profile that survives storage and unwinding. Primary and secondary arms transfer spools on rails with hydraulic damping, so turn-up happens at speed without dropping the sheet.
Nip load, centre torque and drum torque are controlled together through the reel build, following a recipe per grade. Spool storage rails hold the empties gravity-fed toward the primary arms, and the full reel lowers to the pulper-side rails without crane assistance.
Turn-up is by tape or air, selectable per grade. All hydraulic functions group in one power pack with accumulator backup that parks the arms safely on power loss.
