Overview

The TX-G75 is a foot- or flange-mounted inline reducer with two helical stages in a ribbed cast iron housing. Helical teeth share load across the face width, so the gearbox hums instead of whines and shrugs off the shock loads that conveyors, mixers and bucket elevators deliver.

Gears are case-hardened and profile-ground; bearings are sized so the output shaft accepts overhung sprocket and pulley loads without an outboard support in most duties. The oil fill is a lifetime synthetic charge on smaller frames, with a breather and drain fitted on all sizes.

Input options cover IEC motor flanges and a free input shaft, and the same housing machines to both, so a drive can change motor standards without changing gearbox.
