Overview

The TX-W63 packs a hardened steel worm and bronze wheel into a compact aluminium housing, turning the drive line through ninety degrees while dropping speed in a single stage. High ratios in one mesh keep the envelope small, and at steeper ratios the drive self-locks against back-driving — a load stays put when power drops, without a brake.

The hollow output bore slides straight onto the driven shaft and clamps with a supplied kit, removing a coupling and its alignment work from the installation. Mounting faces on five sides and a bolt-on torque arm let the gearbox hang in whatever orientation the machine dictates.

Typical duties are gate drives, hoists, packaging machines and anywhere a motor must sit beside, not behind, the load.
