The TX-RC50 set combines pre-loaded roller chain with induction-hardened sprockets, the drive that keeps winning wherever torque is high, speeds are moderate and the environment is honest dirt. Chain is proof-loaded after assembly so initial stretch happens on our bench, not on your machine.
Link plates are shot-peened for fatigue life, pins and bushings are through-hardened, and the rollers turn freely on assembly grease that stays put in the joint. Sprockets machine from steel blanks with hardened tooth flanks, and hub styles cover plate, single-hub and taper-bush fitting.
