The TX-SK12 duo delivers both sprockets of a chain drive cut on the same machine to the same tooth form, so the ratio you designed is the ratio that runs. Mixed-brand sprockets with slightly different profiles are a classic source of chain whip and early wear; a matched pair removes the variable.
Tooth flanks are induction hardened and the roots polished, spreading roller contact and pushing back the polygonal wear pattern that ends sprocket life. Both wheels arrive bored, keyed and balanced to the ordered specification.
Specify tooth counts and shaft sizes at order; the duo ships with an alignment straightedge reference marked on both hubs.
