The TX-TP40 pair supplies both pulleys of a synchronous drive machined, flanged and bored as a set. Teeth are hobbed — not moulded — so pitch accuracy holds across the circumference and the belt meshes without the whine of accumulated tooth error.
Aluminium bodies keep inertia low on servo axes; steel versions carry higher torque on machine drives. Both take finished bores with keyway and grub screws, or taper bushes for field fitting. Flanges are spun on and staked, not glued.
Order with shaft dimensions and the pair arrives ready to mount, with engagement and tension values printed on the box label sheet.
