The SP-P150 does the knife work no one has time for: up to 300 kg per hour of slicing, grating, shredding and dicing through a tool-free disc system. The angled hopper feeds continuously, and an ejector keeps cut product moving into gastronorm pans below.
The induction motor runs quietly under continuous load, and every food-contact part — hopper, lid, discs, ejector — removes without tools for the dish machine. Disc library covers 1 mm shreds to 20 mm dice.
