The SP-P300 turns a 30-litre stainless bowl through a true planetary path, reaching the bowl wall on every revolution. The all-gear transmission — no belts — delivers full torque at low speed for stiff doughs and keeps its timing year after year.
Three speeds cover hook, paddle and whisk work; the guard interlocks and the bowl lifts on a smooth cam lever. Hook, paddle, whisk and trolley are included, and the head accepts an optional attachment hub for mincing and slicing.
