The SP-V2000 is a fully welded wall canopy sized for a two-metre cooking line. Internal baffles pull vapour through stainless grease filters at the velocity that actually captures it, and a full-perimeter gutter drains to a removable cup — grease never re-drips on the range.
Filters lift out and rack straight into the hood-type dish machine. The body is one welded assembly with sealed corners, and LED light channels come pre-wired. Matching duct collars and fire-damper prep are specified per project.
