Turnkey robotic welding cells - commissioned worldwide

Robotic Welding Solutions Welding Automation Systems

Wire Feed & Power Package

A digitally controlled welding power source paired with a precision wire feeder, integrated with the robot controller over a single fieldbus link.

Wire Feed & Power Package

A robot cannot compensate for an unstable arc. Consistent wire feeding, a modern power source and reliable gas delivery decide bead quality long before the robot program does.

Modern process control

Current power sources offer dedicated welding programs for thin sheet, thick plate and visually demanding welds. Selecting and setting them up correctly is part of every commissioning.

Data logging

Key welding values can be recorded for every part. If a question comes up weeks later, the actual data for that weld is available instead of guesswork.
