LumenCut builds fiber and CO2 cutters, tube systems, welding and marking machines, and the loading towers, chillers and extraction that keep them cutting. Design, machining, wiring and beam verification all happen in the Fairport plant, and the engineer who sized your source is the one who signs the test record.
What we believe
A laser machine makes a long promise: hold its geometry, hold its edge grade and stay safe through years of multi-shift duty. We design around that promise, profile every beam before dispatch, and write the documentation for the technicians who will actually open the cabinet at 3 a.m.
How we are organised
- Application engineering: part samples, material mix and throughput targets reviewed on every quote — before any machine is proposed.
- Manufacturing: frame machining, gantry assembly and electrical build run in dedicated cells with in-process checks.
- Beam quality & testing: every source is profiled and every machine cuts acceptance parts before it ships, witnessed on site or by video.
- Support: installation, training, spares and remote diagnostics for the machine’s working life.
