Quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days and based on the part samples, material specifications and site data supplied with the inquiry.
Delivery
Lead times are stated per order confirmation and run from receipt of approved part and material samples. Risk passes according to the agreed Incoterms.
Installation and use
Machinery must be installed and operated by trained persons per the supplied documentation and local regulations, including the applicable laser-safety requirements. Stated capability applies to the materials named in the order; results vary with material, gas and condition, and quotations describe machine capability rather than a production guarantee.
Warranty
Warranty periods are stated per machine and require operation within the rated application and a maintained service schedule.
