Beam Quality & Testing

Source profiling and acceptance cutting against a written protocol.

Brochures are easy to print. This page summarises how a LumenCut machine earns its numbers before the crate is sealed.

Every source is profiled

Beam quality decides edge quality. Before a source is built into a machine, it is profiled on the optical bench — power stability, focus diameter and beam parameter product recorded against the source serial number. The profile travels with the machine file.

Cutting trials with your material

Acceptance cutting runs with the materials you will actually process — your grades, your gauges, your gas choice. Machines are tuned to the real application, and the parameter tables from the trial become the delivered cutting programs.

What every machine passes

  • Geometry verification of the motion system against a calibrated reference.
  • Acceptance cuts on agreed materials with edge quality reviewed against samples.
  • Safety interlock and emergency-stop verification on every access point.
  • Electrical inspection and insulation checks to the wiring standard.

Witnessed and documented

Attend in person, follow by video, or delegate to our test engineers — either way the signed test record, parameter tables and beam profile ship with the machine. Request a sample test protocol with your inquiry.
