The LC-W2000R packages a six-axis robot, laser source and welding head into a guarded cell for parts that repeat: consistent seams, consistent cycle time, and quality that does not depend on the shift. The two-station turntable lets loading and welding overlap, so the robot rarely waits.
Seam programs are taught on the pendant or imported from CAD, and the head carries seam-tracking options for parts with fit-up variation. Fume extraction, light-tight guarding and interlocked doors are engineered as one documented safety concept.
