KQ-C10 Mobile Cobot Station

The arm rides a levelled cart; each dock keeps its own programs and re-references on a pin.

Overview

The KQ-C10 puts a collaborative arm on a heavy steel cart with leveling feet and a docking plate reference, so one robot can serve different machines across the week. Roll it to the lathe on Monday, the tester on Wednesday — each docking position stores its own program set, and a reference pin re-establishes position in minutes.

The cart carries the controller, an air service unit and a tool rack for two end effectors, keeping the whole station self-contained. Because position is re-referenced at each dock, programs stay valid without re-teaching after every move.

Deployment at each docking station follows the site risk assessment, and the cart integrates with door switches or area scanners where the application calls for them.
