Overview

The KQ-C5 is built for the stations where people and automation share a bench: torque sensing in every joint, rounded housings without pinch edges, and speed profiles that adapt to the task at hand. It is designed to support fenceless application concepts, with the final workspace arrangement always determined by the integrator’s risk assessment of the complete application.

Hand-guided teaching means an operator can show the arm a new pick position by moving it there — no pendant program required for simple re-teaching. The controller fits under the bench, and the arm runs from a standard wall socket.

Typical duties include machine tending for small parts, screw feeding support, glue bead assistance and end-of-line box packing.
