Overview

The KQ-P2 holds a workpiece on a driven faceplate and turns it in coordination with the robot, so seams, edges and features rotate into the ideal working position instead of forcing awkward arm poses. For welding and dispensing, that coordination is the difference between a reachable joint and a good one.

The trunnion frame tilts the full fixture through 135 degrees while the faceplate rotates continuously, both axes running as external axes of the KQ-R9 controller with synchronized motion. Through-hole cabling passes weld current, air and sensors to the fixture without wrap-up.
