Overview

The KQ-P7 extends a robot’s workspace along the floor: a hardened rail, a rack-and-pinion drive and a machined carriage plate that carries the arm between stations as a fully coordinated seventh axis. One KQ-A12 on a track replaces two static arms in machine-row tending layouts more often than not.

Rail segments join on ground reference edges, so long tracks assemble straight without optical alignment tooling. The cable chain routes power, signal and air in separated channels, and wipers keep chips off the rack in machining environments.

Track motion participates in path planning, letting the controller slide the base during a move instead of stopping to reposition.
