The KQ-R5 puts programming where the process is — at the fixture, looking at the part. The guided environment builds programs from motion blocks and templates: pick, place, palletize pattern, tend cycle. An operator who knows the process can build a working sequence the first week.
The housing balances in one hand with the enabling device falling naturally under the fingers, and the strap mounts keep it usable for left- and right-handed operators. Physical jog keys carry tactile marks, so eyes stay on the tool center point rather than the screen while jogging.
Programs preview as a 3D path before anything moves, catching reach problems and fixture collisions at the desk instead of at the cell.
