Overview

The KQ-R9 is the cell’s nervous system: it drives the robot, coordinates external axes like positioners and tracks, and speaks to the machines around it over common industrial fieldbuses. One controller, one program environment, one place to look when something needs attention.

The sealed steel cabinet keeps drives and logic behind a plain door with filtered ventilation, sized for warm workshop air without a chiller. Program storage is versioned internally, so yesterday’s working program is always one selection away — a quiet feature that has saved many Monday mornings.

Fieldbus options cover the common industrial protocols, and a REST interface exposes cell status to plant dashboards without extra gateways.
