Overview

The KQ-X1 packages the repeated engineering of machine tending into one framed cell: robot, part storage, gripper station and controls arrive on a common base frame that forklifts into place and docks to the machine. Commissioning becomes days of adaptation, not months of design.

Part drawers present raw blanks in exchangeable trays; capacity depends on part size, and a drawer swap takes minutes at a shift change. The KQ-A6 arm reaches machine chuck, air blow-off and finished-part tray in one work envelope, and the polycarbonate enclosure keeps the process visible.

The cell ships with tested tending templates for common chuck and vise layouts, adapted to the specific machine during commissioning.
