The KQ-X3 takes cartons from a conveyor and builds stable pallets to a pattern the operator draws on screen — no robot programming involved in a format change. Enter carton size and pallet type, drag the layer pattern, and the cell computes the motion.
The frame carries the KQ-A12 arm, the infeed conveyor section and one or two pallet stations; with two stations the cell builds on one pallet while a forklift exchanges the other, keeping the line running through changeovers. The KQ-G8 vacuum array handles common sealed cartons, with a fork-style gripper option for open trays.
Layer sheets, corner boards and partial-layer completion are covered by the standard software rather than custom logic.
