Built to a fixed, certified envelope.

Schools are the hardest programme we work to, because the site is only ours for six weeks in the summer. The MS-E28 is designed backwards from that constraint: everything that can be done in the plant is done in the plant, including the furniture, so the site scope is foundations, lifts, stitching and commissioning.
