Sizing
I am between two sizes. Which do I take?
In bands, take the smaller one — bands stretch, they do not shrink. In cups, take the larger. In bands 32–38 we also cut half cups, which is usually the real answer.
Do you cut above a G cup?
The Everyday Seamless Bra runs to an H. The lace styles stop earlier because the construction genuinely does not support further, and we would rather say so than sell you something that will not work.

How long does dispatch take?
In-stock styles leave within 1–2 business days. The Chantilly Set is made to order and takes up to 10 business days.

Exchanges and returns
Can I return underwear?
Yes, unworn and with the hygiene seal and tags intact, within 30 days. The first fit exchange is free. Full terms are on the Returns & Exchanges page.
What if it does not fit and you do not have my size?
We refund it. We will also tell you when it comes back in if you want us to.

Is anything padded?
The Everyday Seamless Bra has a light foam backing to hold the cup shape. Nothing in the collection adds a cup size.
Are your fabrics certified?
The cotton is GOTS certified and the synthetic knits and silk are OEKO-TEX Standard 100. The certificate reference for each style is listed in its specification table.
Account and payment
Do I need an account to order?
No. Guest checkout is available; an account just keeps your addresses and order history.
