What can be returned
For hygiene reasons underwear can only be returned unworn, with the original tags and the hygiene seal on briefs still in place. Try things on over your own underwear.
What cannot be returned
- Made-to-order styles, once cut. These can be exchanged for a different size but not refunded.
- Anything worn, washed, altered, or returned without its hygiene seal.
