The TV-R240 packages cooling, heating and ventilation in one weatherproof cabinet that lands on a roof curb and connects to the duct system below. Scroll compressors run in staged pairs, so the unit follows the load instead of cycling hard against it.
Service access is from hinged panels on one side only — filters, belts and controls all face the walkway, not the parapet. The condenser section carries louvered coil guards as standard, and every unit completes a full refrigerant-circuit run test before crating.
Gas heat, electric heat and heat-pump variants share the same footprint, so the curb decision does not lock the building into one energy source.
