What we collect
If you place an order we keep the name, delivery address, email address and phone number you give us, plus a record of what you bought and when. We keep that record for seven years because tax law says we have to. We do not keep your card number — payment is handled by our processor and we never see the full number.
Comments and the journal
If you leave a note on a journal entry we store the note, the name and email you entered, your IP address and your browser user agent string. The IP and user agent are kept only to help us catch spam.
Cookies
The shop sets a cart cookie so your basket survives a page reload, and a session cookie if you log in. If you leave a note you can opt to have your name and email remembered in a cookie so you do not retype them. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell data to anybody.
Embedded content
Pages on this site may embed content from other websites. Embedded content behaves exactly as if you had visited that other website, and those sites may collect data about you under their own policies.
Who we share it with
Our payment processor, so your card can be charged. Our carrier, so the parcel can reach you. Nobody else.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, and you can ask us to delete it. Write to the email address on the contact page and we will action it within thirty days. Deleting your data does not remove records we are legally required to retain for tax purposes.
Changes
If this policy changes we will post the new version on this page with the date it took effect.
