Shipping
Orders placed before 11:00 Pacific on a weekday leave the same afternoon. Everything ships in insulated paper — moulded pulp and a paper-faced foil liner, all of it kerbside recyclable. Standard delivery across the continental United States runs two to five working days and is free over sixty dollars.
Warm weather
Between June and September we add a phase-change pack at no charge and hold orders that would sit in a depot over a weekend until Monday. If a heat wave means we cannot ship safely, we will email you rather than send chocolate that arrives bloomed.
Returns
Unopened bars can go back within thirty days for a full refund. Tell us the batch code, put it back in the sleeve, and we will send a label.
If it arrives damaged
Photograph it before you open anything and write to us the same day. Melted, bloomed or crushed chocolate is replaced without argument and we do not ask for it back.
Filled bars
The raspberry ganache bar has a fourteen-day life and is not returnable once opened, for the same food-safety reason nobody returns a cheese.
