A charred-timber cube pod with a full-height glazed front, designed for courtyards, rooftops and boutique hotel terraces.
The C220 was developed for clients who want the cabin to read as architecture rather than as equipment. The exterior is flame-charred spruce over a ventilated cavity; the interior is a calm box of pale aspen with a single amber light washing the ceiling.
Because the glazed front is a significant thermal bridge, the heater is sized one step above what the raw volume suggests and the bench layout keeps bathers out of the cold radiant zone near the glass.
The pod ships fully assembled on a flatbed for ground-level installations, or as four numbered wall cassettes plus a roof panel where access is restricted. Site assembly of the cassette version takes two people one day.
