Public steam rooms fail for two reasons: water that cannot escape, and scale that is never flushed. The S400 is drawn to solve both before anything else is decided.
Every horizontal surface — floor, bench, backrest, shelf — carries a minimum 2 % fall towards a single gully. The shell is a seamless micro-cement finish over a sealed cement-board substrate, so there is no grout line for biofilm to establish in.
The generator sits in an adjacent plant space with 600 mm clear access to the element flange. Descaling is triggered by an operating-hour counter and drains automatically to the gully; the operator only replaces the element at end of life.
