Description
The Aster is the plate we set the whole studio table with. Thrown from iron-flecked stoneware, it keeps a generous flat well for food and a rim wide enough to carry with thumbs. The celadon glaze pools a shade deeper at the rim, so every plate carries its own tide line.
Stoneware fired to 1,300 degrees is dense, chip-resistant and happy in the dishwasher. The foot ring is sanded glass-smooth so it will never scratch a table.
