Handmade variation
Every piece is thrown and glazed by hand. Variation in colour, drip placement and weight is inherent to the product and is not a defect.
Warranty and proper use
Manufacturing defects are covered for 1 year of normal household use; commercial kitchen use and thermal-shock damage are excluded.
