The Harbor is hand-formed over a hump mould, then glazed in celadon that pools deeper along the well. At 38 centimetres it carries a whole roast chicken, a Saturday cheese spread or twelve summer tomatoes cut side up.
The rolled lip makes it easy to carry loaded, and the shallow well keeps juices where they belong.
