Hot Water Rail Heating
Rail heating that puts pipe temperature at crop level and doubles as the transport rail, with mixing groups controlled per compartment.
- Pipe diameter 51 mm
- Flow temperature 30 - 85 °C
- Rail gauge 550 mm
Forced-aspiration measurement at crop height, because unaspirated boxes lie.
A forced-aspiration measurement box for temperature, humidity, CO2 and PAR at crop height, with automatic drift detection between paired units.
Indicative lead time: 4 - 6 weeks
A climate computer can only be as accurate as the number it is given. An unaspirated sensor in direct sun reads several degrees above true air temperature; the same box in stagnant air under a dense canopy reads below it. Either way the controller is regulating a fiction.
A small fan pulls air across the elements at a constant velocity, removing both radiation error and stagnation error. Nodes are deployed in pairs per compartment and compared continuously, so drift is detected as disagreement long before it becomes a crop problem.
The sensing cartridge is replaced as a pre-calibrated unit in under two minutes. There is no need to ship boxes away or maintain a calibration rig on site.

A pre-filtration and UV disinfection skid that makes full drain water recirculation safe, with dose validated against measured transmission rather than assumed.
A passively cooled horticultural LED bar specified by daily light integral and canopy uniformity rather than by installed wattage per square metre.
