Asking for “150 watts per square metre” describes an electricity bill, not a crop response. Photosynthesis responds to the daily light integral reaching the canopy, so that is where our layouts start: your latitude, your glazing transmission, your screen schedule and your target DLI produce a fixture count and a hanging height. Installed wattage is an output of that calculation, not an input.
