Hot Water Rail Heating

Heating pipe that doubles as the crop transport rail, placed where the plant needs it.

Rail heating that puts pipe temperature at crop level and doubles as the transport rail, with mixing groups controlled per compartment.

  • Heat delivered at crop level where transpiration is driven
  • Doubles as the trolley rail for crop work and harvest
  • Per-compartment mixing group with weather compensation
  • Low-temperature operation suits heat pumps and residual heat
  • Expansion detailing engineered for the full run length

Indicative lead time: 6 - 8 weeks

Heat where it does work

Warm air at gutter level does very little for a crop. Rail heating places the pipe in the row at plant height, where it drives transpiration, keeps the fruit zone active and dries the microclimate around the lower leaves.

One structure, two jobs

The same pipe carries the harvest trolley. That removes a separate rail installation and keeps the floor clear.

Ready for low-temperature heat

Circuits are sized to deliver design output at flow temperatures a heat pump or an industrial residual heat source can actually supply, so the installation does not have to be replaced when the heat source changes.
