High-Pressure Fogging Line

Adiabatic cooling and humidity control with droplets that never reach the leaf.

A 70 bar fogging line producing a droplet fine enough to evaporate before it lands, giving humidity control and adiabatic cooling without wetting the crop.

  • Sub-10 µm droplet evaporates before reaching the canopy
  • Anti-drip nozzle valves prevent post-cycle wetting
  • Zoned per compartment with independent VPD setpoints
  • Integrated water treatment prevents nozzle scaling
  • Adiabatic cooling of 4 - 7 °C on dry days

Indicative lead time: 7 - 9 weeks

Fog, not spray

The difference between humidification and irrigation-by-accident is droplet size. Above roughly 20 µm droplets fall and wet the crop, inviting foliar disease. At 70 bar through a correctly matched orifice, the droplet evaporates in air and adds humidity without touching a leaf.

Cooling for free

Evaporating water absorbs heat. On a dry summer afternoon, fogging delivers several degrees of cooling for the cost of pumping, which is a fraction of what mechanical cooling would draw.

Water quality is not optional

Nozzles at this orifice size block quickly on hard water. Every fogging line ships with the treatment stage sized for your supply analysis, because a fogging system that needs weekly nozzle cleaning will simply stop being used.
