This system captures real-time cable partial discharge signals, warns insulation degradation risks and locates faults accurately to avoid blackouts, fires and insulation breakdown accidents. It archives historical data for cable health evaluation and O&M decisions, replacing manual inspections to achieve unattended, high-efficiency maintenance.
Equipped with high-frequency pulse current detection, it couples partial discharge signals from cable joints and other key points through sensors. After signal filtering, amplification and AD conversion, the host adopts AI algorithms to analyze signal features for fault diagnosis and positioning.
Its components include non-intrusive high-frequency current sensors, data acquisition processors, transmission modules and a monitoring platform for signal processing, data interconnection, visual management and alarm reminders.
Suitable for urban substations, HV cable tunnels, industrial parks, new energy stations, data centers and rail transit, it safeguards medium & high-voltage cables and accelerates digital, intelligent power operation.
