Turnkey robotic welding cells - commissioned worldwide

Robotic Welding Solutions Welding Automation Systems

Twin-Station Welding Cell

A fully enclosed twin-station arc welding cell built around a six-axis robot and an index table, designed for medium-volume subassemblies.

Twin-Station Welding Cell

The twin-station cell is our standard platform for medium-volume production. A rotating table splits the cell into two identical work zones: while the robot welds inside the enclosure, the operator unloads and reloads the outboard station, so the arc keeps working with almost no waiting time.

Where it fits

The cell suits brackets, frames, housings and similar subassemblies in common sheet and plate thicknesses. Jobs are selected from the operator panel, with no reprogramming needed for a routine changeover.

Delivered as one system

Robot, power source, fixturing, guarding and fume extraction are engineered, built and tested together, then commissioned as a single complete system on your floor.
