Turnkey robotic welding cells - commissioned worldwide

Robotic Welding Solutions Welding Automation Systems

Vision Part Location System

An overhead vision system that verifies part position and variant in the fixture before welding begins.

Vision Part Location System

Two failures cost far more than a slow cycle: welding the wrong part variant, and welding where no part is properly seated. A vision check before the arc strikes catches both.

Whole-program correction

The system measures the part’s actual position and shifts the entire welding program to match, keeping all joints in the correct relationship to each other. That is faster and more predictable than correcting individual points.

Wrong-part protection

The camera confirms that the loaded part matches the selected program. If a similar-looking variant has been loaded, the cell stops with a clear operator message instead of producing scrap.
