Built to a fixed, certified envelope.

The MS-S24 is the unit most of our clients start from. It is a single-span volumetric room with no internal structure, which means the tenant can subdivide it later without touching anything that carries load. The frame is a welded steel corner-post cage; the floor is a composite cassette with the underfloor service void already routed and terminated at a single connection plate.
