Who is responsible for your data
[Client to confirm the registered company name, registered address, and the contact point for data protection enquiries. This section cannot be published without them.]
What we collect
When you place an order we collect the name, delivery address, billing address, email address and any phone number you give us, along with the contents of the order. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored on this site.
When you subscribe to the newsletter we collect your email address and the date you subscribed.
When you browse the site, the server records standard request logs, and the site sets the cookies described below.
Why we hold it
Order data is held to fulfil the order, to handle returns, and to meet the record-keeping periods required by tax law. Newsletter data is held on the basis of your consent, until you withdraw it. Neither is sold or shared for marketing.
Cookies
The shop sets a cart cookie so the basket survives between pages, and a session cookie during checkout. Consent for any analytics or marketing cookie is handled by the consent banner, and nothing in those categories loads before you accept it.
Who else sees it
[Client to confirm the payment provider, the shipping carriers, the email provider, and any analytics service in use, and to list each one here with the country its data is processed in.]
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where there is no legal requirement to keep it. Newsletter subscriptions can be ended from the link at the bottom of any newsletter, with no need to write to us.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version is published here with the date it took effect.
