Shipping & Returns

How orders are dispatched, what shipping costs, and how to send something back if it does not fit.

Shipping

Shipping options and their cost are calculated at checkout, once a delivery address has been entered. The price shown at that point is the price charged; nothing is added afterwards.

[Client to confirm: the carriers used, the destinations served, dispatch cut-off time, handling time before dispatch, and the delivery estimate for each shipping option. None of these should be published until they can be met consistently.]

Tracking

A dispatch email with tracking is sent when the parcel leaves. If it has not arrived, check the address on your order confirmation first, then write to us with the order number.

Duties and taxes on international orders

[Client to confirm whether duties and import taxes are collected at checkout or payable by the customer on delivery, per destination. This has to be stated plainly before international orders are accepted.]

Returns

Garments can be returned unworn, unwashed, with the labels still attached, in the condition they arrived in. Socks and other next-to-skin items are excluded once the pack has been opened, for hygiene reasons.

[Client to confirm: the return window in days, whether return postage is paid by the customer or provided, the return address, and how long a refund takes to appear after the parcel is received.]

Faults

If something has failed rather than simply not fitted, send a photograph of the fault with your order number. A manufacturing fault is our problem to solve regardless of how long ago the order was placed, and your statutory rights are not affected by anything on this page.

Exchanges

The fastest route to a different size is to return the first piece and place a new order, rather than wait for an exchange to be processed. If the size you want is out of stock, tell us and we will hold it when it comes back in.
