How an order is formed
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order confirmation email acknowledges that we received it; the contract is formed when the goods are dispatched. If a price or a stock level was wrong, we will tell you before dispatch and you can confirm the corrected order or cancel it in full.
Payment

Availability
Stock shown on the site is our best current record. If a piece sells out between your order and dispatch, we will refund that line in full rather than substitute it with something else.
Delivery and risk

Cancellation and returns

Product descriptions
Fabric weights, compositions and measurements are given to the tolerances normal in garment manufacture. Colour on a screen depends on the screen, and a small variation between batches of dyed fabric is normal.
