Modular Welding Fixture System

Nothing in a welding cell wastes more money than a fixture that locates the part inconsistently. The robot itself is highly repeatable; if the part sits differently each time, that accuracy is wasted. Precise, repeatable part location is the foundation everything else depends on.

Consistent location

Fixtures are designed around an agreed set of reference points, so parts sit the same way on every cycle and programs can be transferred between stations without rework.

Distortion under control

Clamping is planned together with the welding sequence, so heat-related movement is guided in a controlled direction instead of being locked into the finished part.
