Turnkey robotic welding cells - commissioned worldwide

Robotic Welding Solutions Welding Automation Systems

Weld Fume Extraction

A source-capture fume extraction unit with self-cleaning filters, sized for the continuous duty of a robotic welding cell.

Weld Fume Extraction

A robotic cell welds far more per shift than a manual bay, and it produces correspondingly more fume. Extraction sized for occasional manual work simply cannot keep up in continuous production.

Capture at the source

Good hood placement does more for capture efficiency than raw airflow. Extraction is positioned around the actual welding sequence and verified during commissioning rather than assumed from a fan curve.

Filter protection

Hot particles are separated out before they reach the filters, which removes a fire risk and significantly extends filter life in continuous operation.
