One desk, one view
Every unit on the network — trailer, container, chamber and shipper — reports into a single dispatch desk. There is no regional split where a lane becomes somebody else own problem halfway through. The person who takes your booking can see the trace on your consignment.
We own the equipment
Trailers, reefer units, chambers and shippers are ours, maintained on our schedule to our specification. Sub-contracting the trunk leg is cheaper and we do not do it, because a unit we cannot see is a unit we cannot stand behind.
How we are organised
Dispatch
Staffed continuously. Handles live telemetry, alarm response, unit swaps and customer escalation.
Quality
Independent of operations, with authority to hold product. Owns qualification, calibration, deviations and audits.
Engineering
Plant maintenance, mapping, tunnel commissioning and the shipper qualification programme.
