Ten deliverable classes, what each one actually contains, and exactly which services include it.

Deliverables

A deliverable is a file plus a claim about that file. We ship both. Every dataset arrives with the coordinate reference system it is on, the vertical datum and geoid model it was reduced through, the control that constrained it, and the residuals measured on checkpoints that were withheld from the solution.

Formats are written to your specification before the first flight, not after the first complaint. If your GIS wants GeoPackage and your designers want DWG on a specific layer standard, that is settled at scoping.

Retention

Raw imagery, raw scanner returns and raw GNSS observations are retained for twelve months. That means a dataset can be reprocessed against a revised geoid, a corrected base position or a new classification standard without flying the site again.

Ten deliverable classes, written to your project spec

LAS / LAZ

Classified point cloud

LAS 1.4 or LAZ, classified to ground, low vegetation, high vegetation, building and low point noise. Point source ID and GPS time preserved.

DTM

Bare-earth terrain model

Bare-earth raster or TIN at a grid you nominate, built from ground-classified returns only. Breaklines enforced where the terrain demands them.

DSM

Digital surface model

First-return surface including canopy and structures. Used for line-of-sight, shadow and clearance studies.

Ortho GeoTIFF

Orthomosaic

True-colour orthomosaic as a tiled GeoTIFF with internal overviews, radiometrically balanced across the block.

Contours

Contours & breaklines

Contours at your interval plus the breaklines used to generate them, in DXF, SHP or GeoPackage.

3D mesh

Textured 3D mesh

Textured mesh in OBJ, FBX or 3D Tiles for visualisation and clash review, decimated to the level your viewer can hold.

Volumes

Volumetric computation

Cut and fill against a design surface or a prior epoch, with the reference surface, the method and the uncertainty stated.

CAD DWG

CAD linework

Vectorised linework on your layer standard, delivered in DWG or DGN and drawn to the same control as the raster products.

Index raster

Radiometric index raster

Calibrated reflectance bands and derived index rasters, referenced to a panel measured on the day of flight.

QA report

Signed accuracy report

Checkpoint residual table, network adjustment summary and a signed accuracy statement. Every job, no exceptions.

Every job also ships the raw imagery or raw scanner returns, the processing report and the checkpoint residual table. Coordinate reference system and vertical datum are set from your project spec before the first flight.
